Camillo Fait: Camillo Fait was born in Milano where he lives and works. He began to work under the guidance of Aligi Sassu as sculptor and decorator of pottery. He devoted himself to graphics, at the end, after, having attended the Art school “Augusto Colombo”, he devoted himself to painting. He took part in several national competitions gaining his first prizes and recommendations. His works are in many collections in Italy, Finland, Portugal, Holland, France and Germany. He has been in Paris and obtained an exclusive right of his works in France. He took part in a biennial exhibition in Gevirate. Some of his sculptures are in the premises of a saving bank in Alexandria (Italy). Some of his pictures are in a civic picture-gallery in Dolceacqua and in Mozzate. He enjoys now more than 200 working personal exhibitions and even if his production is not very wide, he is very famous in this kind of market. Art papers and magazines have talked about his work. His name has been in many art dictionaries for many years. He has added to his work of painter even a series of sculptures, that have as main themes: horses, figures of women and cocks. He has been invited to exhibit at the Modern Art Museum of Hameenlinna in Finland and moreover he has been invited for a personal exhibition supported by Portuguese Government in Lisbona. His paintings are in the main performances and in the art exhibitions catalogues in Italy, Europe and America.
